Templates and Variants (Simple Explanation)

What this means

Template means the main design family. Variant means one style inside that family. Think of clothes: same person, different outfit.

Before you start

  • Keep your content saved before changing variant.
  • Open preview to compare styles.
  • Choose design based on your audience (formal, modern, creative).

Quick check

  • New design appears in preview.
  • Navigation links still work.
  • Images and text remain mapped properly.

Step-by-step

  1. Open site editor.
  2. Click Change Variant in sidebar.
  3. Browse the style cards and preview each one.
  4. Select the one you like and apply.
  5. Refresh preview to see final result.
  6. If needed, switch again. Your content stays, look changes.
