Copyright Infringement Policy
Copyright owners and authorized agents can report content that infringes their rights on Azonova Sites.
1. How to report infringement
Send a copyright complaint to [email protected] with subject line: Copyright Infringement Notice.
2. Information required in your notice
- Your full name and contact details (email and phone).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Exact URL(s) or location(s) of allegedly infringing material.
- Description of the infringement claim with enough detail for us to verify.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
3. What we may do after receiving a valid notice
- Review and validate the submitted claim.
- Temporarily disable or remove the reported content.
- Notify the affected account holder where appropriate.
- Request additional evidence or clarification before taking final action.
4. Counter-notice process
If content was removed due to a copyright notice and the affected user believes removal was incorrect, they may send a counter-notice to [email protected].
Counter-notices should include identity/contact details, the removed content URL(s), reasons for disputing removal, and a statement of good faith and accuracy.
5. Repeat infringement and abuse
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content may be suspended, restricted, or terminated. We may also act against users who submit knowingly false or abusive notices.
