Abuse Policy
This policy explains what is not allowed on Azonova Sites, how abuse is reviewed, and what enforcement actions we can take.
1. Why this policy exists
Azonova Sites is for lawful, safe, and trustworthy websites. Abuse harms visitors, customers, internet infrastructure, and platform reliability. We actively monitor, investigate, and respond to abuse reports.
2. What counts as abuse
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Phishing, impersonation, scams, fake payment pages, or credential theft.
- Malware, viruses, trojans, spyware, ransomware, or harmful downloads/scripts.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, abusive automation, or traffic manipulation.
- Fraud, deceptive offers, fake support pages, or financial/social engineering.
- Child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, or sexual exploitation.
- Extremist/terrorist content, violent threats, or instructions for serious harm.
- Doxxing, stalking, harassment, hate content, or targeted intimidation.
- Illegal goods/services, unlawful gambling, drugs, weapons, or prohibited trade.
- Copyright/trademark infringement, piracy, or counterfeit distribution.
- Unauthorized data scraping, credential stuffing, brute force, or intrusion attempts.
- Any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or sanctions.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for all content and actions on your account and sites.
- You must maintain secure credentials and remove abusive content quickly when notified.
- You must cooperate with abuse investigations and provide accurate information.
- You must ensure all uploads, pages, and campaigns comply with law and third-party rights.
4. Reporting abuse
Anyone can report abuse by using the Help widget and choosing Report Abuse, or by emailing [email protected].
To help us act faster, include:
- Exact URL(s), domain(s), and a short description of what happened.
- Screenshot(s), evidence links, timestamps, and affected account details if available.
- Category (phishing, malware, spam, copyright, harassment, etc.).
5. Investigation and evidence review
We review reports using automated and manual checks. We may request extra evidence, verify page behavior, compare logs, and classify severity.
We may share relevant details with registrars, hosting partners, security vendors, and law enforcement where legally required or necessary for safety.
6. Enforcement actions
Depending on risk and severity, Azonova may take one or more actions:
- Warning, temporary restrictions, or forced remediation steps.
- Unpublish or disable specific pages, domains, assets, or integrations.
- Suspend, limit, or terminate site access, account access, or billing features.
- Freeze payouts/refunds and block future registrations from related identities.
- Preserve and disclose records to relevant authorities when required.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azonova may suspend, ban, or delete any account/site/content with or without notice, for any reason or no stated reason.
7. Appeals and reinstatement
If you believe action was incorrect, contact [email protected] with your site ID, affected URL(s), and supporting evidence.
Reinstatement is not guaranteed. Repeated or high-risk violations may result in permanent termination.
8. Relationship to other policies
This policy works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Copyright Policy.
If there is a conflict, Azonova may apply whichever policy is stricter for security, legal, and platform integrity reasons.
