Invite teammates when you want others to help with content, design, or operations.

Before you start

  • You should be owner/admin of that site.
  • Keep teammate email ready.
  • Decide role before invite (owner/admin/editor).

Quick check

  • Invited teammate appears in Access list.
  • Role is correct for that teammate.
  • Teammate can open the site with expected permissions.

Step-by-step

  1. Open your site and go to Access.
  2. Enter teammate email.
  3. Choose role carefully.
  4. Click invite/add.
  5. Ask teammate to log in with same email.
  6. If needed, change role later from the same Access page.
