Before you start

  • Open sales.azonova.com or the Sales dashboard.
  • Have a contact list, PDF, spreadsheet, or device contacts ready if you want to import.
  • Use only contact data you are allowed to store and contact.

  • You can open the Sales dashboard.

  • You know each contact can have stage, priority, temperature, score, tags, notes, and source file.

Step-by-step

  1. Open the Sales dashboard.
  2. Use AI import for files or Device contacts for contacts from your device.
  3. Review sample rows before saving imported contacts.
  4. Open a contact card to call, email, WhatsApp, add notes, set score, add tags, and change stage.
  5. Use filters to find contacts by stage, priority, source file, type, and search words.
  6. Use import history to see which file created contacts.
