Data Deletion Requests
Use this page to request deletion of site data, uploaded media, imported Instagram or Google Maps data, document uploads, and related account records.
What you can request us to delete
- Websites, drafts, generated content JSON, custom content, and design settings.
- Uploaded media such as images, videos, thumbnails, logos, and file metadata.
- Instagram imported profile details, captions, media URLs, and AI-generated site content derived from them.
- Google Maps or Google Places imported place details, reviews, photos, and generated content derived from them.
- Uploaded documents used for AI generation, including resumes, business files, and extracted/generated content.
- Support request records and related account metadata where deletion is allowed.
What to include in your request
- The email address used on your Azonova account.
- Any site IDs, draft IDs, URLs, or custom domains we should remove.
- Your Instagram username if the request is about connected/imported Instagram data.
- Enough detail for us to distinguish what should be deleted versus retained.
Important limitations and retention
We may retain limited records when required for fraud prevention, security, billing, tax, legal compliance, dispute handling, or to document how a deletion request was processed. We may also retain minimal backup or log traces for a limited period where immediate deletion is not technically possible.
If your request concerns data controlled by a third-party provider directly, such as an external registrar, payment processor, or social platform, you may also need to contact that provider under its own deletion process.
