Great experience overall. Once insurance approval was received, I dropped the car off in the afternoon and it was ready the very next day. The repair was done efficiently and they even washed the car before handing it back. Irfan was very helpful throughout the process and always available to answer my questions. I had a paint job done at XA Prestige a year ago through my car insurance. The paint quality is good and I was initially satisfied. However, I recently had an issue where the front bumper of my car fell off. After checking, I found that it had been reattached using only screws, which is not a proper or safe method. This kind of shortcut is disappointing, especially from a shop handling insurance repairs. I expected a higher standard of workmanship and proper fitting. I hope XA Prestige takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their repairs.
