Avoid VisaGo at all costs — they are incompetent, dishonest, and utterly irresponsible. After using up my 90-day Visa On Arrival, I needed a quick turnaround tourist visa for my baby and I. VisaGo advertises a 12-hour “Express Visa.” That claim is a complete joke. After exiting the UAE, I applied for their so-called Express service. Not once did they mention that “family applications” take longer — an excuse they conveniently repeated only after delays began. They ignored repeated messages from me asking if any documents were missing or if anything needed double-checking before submission. Instead, they went ahead and submitted my application using my father’s Emirates ID — completely unnecessary — and created a massive mess. A 12-hour visa turned into 4 days of silence, delays, and ultimately a rejection. They actually tried to blame me by claiming I created another application in the system — a total lie. They even made my father go to Terminal 3, where officials told him bluntly: “Why are you here? Ask the company who applied for the visa to come. It should be VisaGo’s PRO standing here, not you.” Meanwhile, I’ve been dragging my baby from hotel to hotel in Oman, waiting for a “simple” tourist visa that VisaGo completely bungled. And their solution? An email saying they’ve issued a full refund — as if that erases the chaos they caused. Thanks to VisaGo, my “12-hour express visa” has turned into a week long nightmare and more so due to UAE holidays. VisaGo is unprofessional, misleading, and utterly careless.
