Pathetic service, they gave us 5 years warranty …but its a scam ..as soon as your warranty period is over ,no one is responding or concerned of your complaint, they simply told me to Buy a new one because your sensors warranty is over , how can we afford new rvg every 5 year?
The installation team, installing the software is having no knowledge regarding it, they uninstalled my antivirus without my permission and promise to reinstall , but unable to do. Even the most senior is trying to manipulate over the conversation without being sorry. Just a month after I purchased...they could not do their task sincerely.
We are using RVG sensor and portable xray machine. RVG worked well and and its been more than five year and but had worse experience with its portable x ray machine. X ray machine stop working after 15 months and they replaced it with new one and new machine again had same issue after 14 or 15th month and now as 2year warranty is over now I was informed that tube head gone bad and will cost Rs. 80,000. think before considering Xray unit
Worst experience Please don't buy Everytime they force you to extend warranty otherwise they will stop the software and you need to pay bulk amount to buy it again It's scam
Overall my experience is good with vatech.... My only issue is -sometimes the image is too radiopaque or too bright
