I had a really bad experience, i rented a property through an agent name sagar, he lied about many things just for me to sign the contract and after signing the contract everything changed, no service was provided for 5% brokerage that i paid. Please consider other agencies bt not this.
Highly disappointed with the service and level of unprofessionalism. I was dealing with Ghazala from Top Luxury Property regarding a property which I thought is a good investment opportunity. I was told by Ghazala that my desired apartment was not released yet while it was already sold out. It took me more than 6 months to get my money back with a loss just because I was lied to and kept misinformed. Please be aware and don't just blindly trust the agents.
