Schindler lift service is a big problem, the lift in my villa makes so much noise its only the 4 th yr ,though we have the service contract direct with the company ,they are not professional. They dont solve the problem but say its summer so making noise etc They never take prior appointment for service with us .they just ring the doorbell and come whenever they like.
We worked with them for a villa lift. The name is so big that the client asks for the lift. The service was really bad. Starting with not able to customise anything in the lift. After delay in delivery and more and more delay in instalation and completion and handing over. What was supposed to be done in 3 months took 6 months
Very very bad services, They took money in advance and after stopped answering your calls and their technician told you we are on the way but actually they are sleeping at home. their mentioned land line has never been picked up..
WORST COMPANY EVER. WE GOT ELEVATOR IN MY PERSONAL HOME. THEY ARE HAND TWISTING AND WAS US TO BEG THEM AND JUST PAY THEM CONTINOUSLY. ALWAYS BETTER TO GO WITH JAPANESE BRAND THAN GERMAN BRAND. NEVER EVER GO FOR THIS BRAND.
