We had a very positive experience working with this 3D printing company. The quality of the printed parts is excellent, with precise and highly accurate dimensions that fully met our technical requirements. The team is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Great experience every time. The print quality has been consistently solid and turnaround is quick. Eric has supported us on all of our orders and is always super helpful and easy to work with. Communication is clear and everything comes out exactly as expected. Highly recommend.
Frustrating experience with Sarina. I shared all files and requirements upfront. Dimensions, piece count, color requirements. Got quoted 500 AED. After confirming the size of one piece as per the shared file, it became 600 for "extra pieces" even though nothing changed. Then after confirming I wanted some pieces printed in color (already mentioned), it jumped to 700 for "colorful printing." 40% increase, no change in scope. When I pushed back, I got a copy paste response about "multi-color finishing" and "custom finishing." Neither were part of the scope. When I clarified that each piece is one color, not multiple, she just replied "we have provided the best price." After I declined, suddenly management approved the original 500. So it was doable all along. I wasn't interested anymore. I don't want to play games to get the price I should have been quoted from the start.
