The beef is tender and juicy with a nice pink center, the sausages are flavorful, and the chicharrón adds a crispy, salty bite. The food was delicious. It's a large seating area under the tents. All you need is just a little salt over a fire 🔥. They have a photographer take your pictures as you first come in & you can picture in a frame. Lively music
The food is super good. Went to the food truck location, there is one in homestead that isn’t a foodtruck. We got the platter for party of 6. It came with chicharon, fried plantains, black beans and rice, a chachapa and steak and ribs.
