This has been the worst experience I’ve had since living in the UAE. There seems to be a serious disconnect between the staff who review documents in person and a separate internal team that later rejects the very same documents by email after giving them the green light. I lost over a week just having documents returned, something I had never experienced with other free zones where I obtained my visa without issues. Each time a mistake was made on their side, the correction added at least two more days to the process. The last rejection was due to an alleged “overstay,” even though I had already cancelled my visa and paid for the change of status. After they later acknowledged their error, I was still required to leave the country and am now waiting, again, for the application to finally be submitted. To be fair, the facilities are good and I actually like them. When you visit in person, everything seems well-organized and professional. However, once you leave, a few hours later another email arrives saying “Returned due to XYZ.” Based on what I’ve seen and understood during the process, I am clearly not the only person experiencing this. Internal communication between departments needs serious improvement, as the lack of coordination is causing unnecessary delays, stress, and costs for clients. Overall, good facilities and good care of the customers in order to bring beverages and cleanliness, but very poor internal coordination and process management.

I would like to share my recent experience at Frizone. I have visited your establishment around thirty times, and unfortunately, I have often been poorly received in the past. During my first visit especially, I was welcomed by a lady who was not pleasant at all, which left me with a negative impression. However, this time I had the chance to be welcomed by Sarah at the reception, and I truly want to thank her. Sarah was smiling, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She took her time with us, answered our questions, and guided us properly. Her warm and positive attitude honestly made me want to come back to Frizone, even though I had been considering not returning. She also referred us to a consultant named Ishra, who was equally professional and efficient. Absolutely top service! I sincerely believe that the quality of the reception makes all the difference.
