I am writing this review not out of frustration, but out of necessity—to warn others and to document a pattern of negligence, disrespect, and mismanagement by this cleaning company. Over the past months, I’ve endured a series of unacceptable incidents that reflect a complete disregard for customer care, safety, and basic professionalism: 1. Disrespectful Time Management & Client Prioritization I had a cleaner named Rhea for four months and requested to rebook her after a two-month travel break. Upon my return, I was told she had gone back to her “regulars”—implying I was not one, despite our long-standing arrangement. This was not only dismissive but deeply unprofessional. No prior notice, no attempt to honor my request, just a cold shrug. 2. Negligent Staffing Decisions They sent me a cleaner who was visibly unwell and suffering from high blood pressure. This is not only unsafe for her but also for my household. There was no disclosure, no concern for health standards, just a body to fill a slot. 3. Damage to Property & Deceptive Behavior Another cleaner arrived pretending to be inexperienced, yet claimed to have worked for a Kuwaiti family for two years. She ruined my curtains and burned my Lululemon pants—who irons athletic wear? When confronted, she deflected responsibility. I have photo evidence and WhatsApp messages documenting this. 4. Chaotic Scheduling & Zero Accountability The scheduling team—particularly Iris and Monica—have been consistently unreliable. Appointments were mismanaged, communication was erratic, and then one day I was simply told: “We have no lad
The cleaning was terrible! So much dirt and dust was still around my house after they left i had to reclean parts. They were very slow and asked for an extension payment as well. I've had other companies booked for the same amount of time and they did an immaculate job but these guys, even after having stood on their heads, they didn't do a good job. They pretended not to understand and didn't take feedback at all. Mary Jane tried but still didn't clean well enough. Ann didn't clean well and was rude too. I would never book this company again.
Maurin was our cleaner she did an exceptional job and came on time at 9am at our office! It was soo dusty before and she did a deep clean and she works so fast we only had her for two hours and she finished even earlier! I’m super happy with her work and there’s no dust anymore.
I am extremely disappointed with this company. Monica and Irish have shown a complete inability to manage bookings properly. This is not the first time they have messed up a confirmed booking, and now my recent booking was completely confused and mishandled. Their communication is contradictory and misleading, and no one takes responsibility for their mistakes. I would give negative stars if I could. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
