I was very happy to find this company online when my MacBook Air screen cracked in the middle of my workday. After whatsapping them they arrived at my workplace within one hour. Took away my device and replaced the screen. They updated me on the progress and I was able to receive the laptop back to my home the same evening. Rather than Quickfix, they should call the business TemporaryFix. It is convenient because they come home but the quality of the products they put in your devices is very low quality. My phone battery was swollen and not charging well, they came to replace it and I claimed for a replacement within a month because the battery wasn't lasting long. The second battery they installed became swollen after 6 months knowing that in the meantime I was transitioning to a new phone and no longer charging it very often. The phone is now completely off. My initial issue less than a year ago was a swollen battery but functional phone, and I am now left with a dead phone. Again, for a temporary fix like turning on a phone to transfer data, why not, they get things done. But I won't call them back to fix any device I use regularly.
