A lot of brokers trying to sell properties in this building.a lot of owners try to sell their apartments. Initially its a good value of 400 K DHS for 430 sqf studio. It doesn't worth anymore But when you check the reviews you should think twice before buying such a property. They take service charge 6 k DHS annually however all reviews show that there are many problems of maintenence and facilities for years. So I decided not to close the deal. I might think to buy it if its 320 K DHS. But for studio with 400 K + DHS you expect full facilities and good maintenence. I hope this will be helpful for potential investors in realestate. For brokers please be honest when you sell and show all negatives. Thank you
Faulty fire alarm keeps ringing for no reason, and management has no explanation or clue it’s been like this for ages without being fixed. The swimming pool has no water, and the gym is just for name’s sake. I’d strongly suggest avoiding this building if possible. Maximum 1 star. Those giving 5 stars not sure what they’ve been smoking....
Visited this building to check apartments for sale. 2 Bedroom apartment around AED 500,000 for 880 sq.ft. around in size. Size is not that big but Space is well utilised as rectangular lay out is good and looks good for family living. Building has a swimming pool on ground floor with small gym too. Location is good with all amenities and facilities within Jumeirah Village Circle like schools, medical. Gym, shopping, supermarkets etc. RTA Bus and Taxis having access. Families love to stay within JVC Attached some pics during my visit

The new Building management is Great and all pools and facilities are being restored and Great location and close to supermarket and parks.
Worst building in Dubai, signalisation can turn at 5 am inside apartment. Nothing of the facilities is working. NEVER LIVE HERE!!! EVEN BETTER GO TO DEIRA
Faulty, stupid alarm that starts blaring in the middle of the night, early mornings, on weekend when you’re trying to rest or at any time of the day. Worst ever alarm system in entire Dubai. Please avoid this stupid building if you can. I think the building management is not interested in upgrading this stupid system, if there’s a slight smoke in someone’s apartment everyone in the building will be disturbed. Unbelievable!!!!!!!! I am seriously confused who’re these people who are giving 5 stars & on what basis. Feels scam.
