Extremely Disappointing Experience I visited the salon for a regular hair wash, expecting a relaxing and professional experience. Unfortunately, the staff member who attended me was blatantly unprofessional and aggressive throughout the service. The hair wash and blow-dry were done with excessive pressure and zero gentleness. It genuinely felt rough and careless rather than attentive or client-focused. Basic etiquette such as checking whether the pressure was comfortable or ensuring client comfort was completely missing. What made the situation worse was the visible change in attitude after I declined an additional service worth ₹2500. From that moment, his body language and interest in servicing me changed noticeably. As a client, I should not feel uncomfortable for simply saying no to an upsell. Even local parlours charging ₹200 provide more grace, warmth, and professionalism. This

Got a hairspa done. A big thanks to Arvind, kerastase ambassador for his meticulous detailing and product awareness. Also, to Tariq for a great haircut and his ingenuous suggestions. Amiable staff and a great experience. Edit: I recently also got my hair coloured by Akash and the results were amazing. If you're looking for a change and a new look, do visit and check your options, here. Highly recommend this place. As again, great experience and a professional hairdo by the staff.

I unfortunately didn’t have a good experience. I had sent my guest from the US to this salon expecting her to have a pleasant time, but she didn’t. The hairdresser wasn’t listening to her instructions, cut her hair much shorter than she wanted, and couldn’t frame her face well. While the facial service was good, the overall experience was disappointing because of the haircut. I hope more attention will be paid going forward.

Giving this 3 stars strictly cause the stylist got the job done—a detangle. But the front desk? Super shady. I already got a quote weeks ago but the receptionist tried to charge me double once I was at the shampoo station. I walked out and he literally chased me down the street to say I could pay the original price. He said it was a mix-up but I’m pretty sure he was just trying to play me cause I’m not a local. Watch your wallet here. Geetanjali isn't some random hole in the wall so they really need to tighten up management.
