One of the worst level of customer service and management. They excel in making the owners pay for their third class quality of construction. No one in their sane mind should ever deal with them. Disgusting is an understatement. I am so happy that I am not alone in giving bad reviews. I wish there was less than zero stars for them. They request you to reach out to them on Facebook. twitter but the reality is I did reach out tons of times in every possible way but never got any reply.
Edit: date: 10/11/2023: Finally all the *three lifts* are working properly after three months! Water seepage complaint was raised through the app more than 7 times. Living in Damac Lakeside A for more than a year now! ****Worst maintenance team ever**** Can't live inside the unit due to water seepage from neighboring unit's bathroom. Raising complaints are useless Authorities just ignore the complaint. Very rude technicians. It took 2 months to find out the issue, that too inspection done by their supervisor. *** Lift doesn't work*** 22 floors with 22 units in each floor. 3 lifts are there in the building but 1 lift is permanently closed. We have to wait for min half an hour to reach our home from ground floor if it's peak time. ****The corridor always stinks**** The windows are full of dust n dirt. I haven't seen any building in Dubai so dirty like Lakeside. Even the neighboring buildings did the cleaning at least once in a year.
The security staff is very bad, they are mean and disrespectful and they only cause problems and the management does not care about the residents’ opinion. All of this, in addition to the poor maintenance and the fact that you have to accept that the AC does not work well. This is literally the worst building I have lived in. I really regret this experience and I will not advise anyone again to live in this building or any Damac building
The Lakeside management do not have any control over their security people. My family was verbally attacked by one of the security members who are supposed to ensure the safety of the building. He was rude and he was shouting at a lady with two kids with her. My wife and boys are traumatised from the incident. This building is not safe and not recommended for families at all. The security people must be well scrutinised before hiring. Not recommended at all and not safe.
Horrible building and a very bad service.Especcially security, uneducated, rude and aggressive.they are treating people like we are the labour and they are the kings. No respect at all. My husband and I suffered today for 2 hours to enter our building and finally we parked outside.no maintanence for anything, no proper AC and always trouble for residents, who they are? We are paying rent for 8 years and always this kind of situations
My husband and I were victims of discrimination today by the security guard. We went to see an apartment in Tower A, but we wanted to see the common areas, and to do so, we had to enter through Tower B. The security guard argued with our Realtor because he couldn’t let us in; while this was happening, other people were coming in and out of the tower, and the guard never asked them for identification. He never approached us to give us an explanation, nor did he apologize. I think this man doesn’t like Europeans.
Disappointed with management, two weeks back I complained to security and Superviser about a CRIME that someone stole my son’s electric car. They told me different kind of stories even I felt they protected a guy who stole the car. Funny thing is once I was giving my information to get update (cos they told me that are going to call me and update me ) they wrote everything on the Tissue 😂😂😂 very intelligent people work in management. What I leaned from them that security job is only asking excess card from visitors. That’s it
