Had a serious problem with my PC, so phoned up. Ade responded and told me to bring it in, in less than an hour he had identified the issue, replaced the parts and got everything working. He even threw in a free stick of RAM as that was an unexpected additional problem! Fast, reasonably priced, very friendly. Ade - you're a legend
Took my MacBook Pro, of not even 2 years old here, to query about data recovery and he said sure I will have a look into it, and has left my laptop in a state that now Apple won’t repair it and has damaged the motherboard and the connectors by stabbing into them and clearly not knowing what he is doing. Be careful taking anything of complexity here as I now need to buy a new MacBook and have also lost all my data.
I went to buy thermal paste and the man who worked there tried to deceive me by offering a low-quality one, saying that it was better than the one I was looking for. After I refused, he was rude to me.
So incredible impressed with the service I received from Crayford Computers when I took my laptop in for repair. The owner Ade was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and offered a first class service. I took my laptop into his shop at 12.45pm, Ade diagnosed the problem and I collected at 2.30pm. Could not have asked for a faster more professional service. My laptop which is quite old is now working like a brand new one, I cannot thank you enough Sue
