I am very disappointed with the service from Alhafza Building Cleaning Agency. I booked them specifically for a deep cleaning, but the result was far from what I expected. This is actually not my first bad experience with them. Previously, I had similar issues and they had to send another staff member the next day. Unfortunately, this time the situation was not much better. Although there were three staff members assigned, and I even extended the service for one additional hour, the cleaning was still not done properly. I honestly cannot understand what “deep cleaning” was done apart from the kitchen. I would like to appreciate one staff member, Joe, who put 100% effort into cleaning my kitchen. Her work was genuinely good and noticeable. However, the overall service quality from the rest of the team was disappointing. I hope the company improves their service standards, as customers paying for deep cleaning expect professional and thorough results.

I booked a home cleaning service two days in advance. On the morning of the appointment, I sent a reminder to confirm my booking, and the company replied around noon confirming the appointment. When the scheduled time arrived, the cleaner did not show up at all. I tried to contact the company multiple times, but it was extremely difficult to reach them. My calls were not answered, and the phone was repeatedly closed despite several attempts. After significant effort to get a response, they finally informed me that their car had an accident that morning and that the cleaner would be delayed by about one and a half hours from my scheduled time. What is unacceptable is that they confirmed my booking at noon without informing me of any issue, even though the accident had already happened in the morning. This lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to notify the customer in advance is highly unprofessional and shows a clear disregard for the client’s time. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I do not recommend dealing with this company if you expect reliability, proper communication, and respect for scheduled appointments.

I am a long-time client and would like to share feedback regarding your service, The cleaners themselves are very nice and they do their job well. However, the booking and reservation service is not reliable.Appointments are frequently late without prior notice, even when booked in advance. When I contact the reservation agent, I am often given incorrect or misleading information about the cleaner’s whereabouts. This shows a lack of respect for the customer’s time and is unprofessional. Your clients are entitled to honest communication and timely service. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with your reservation service. This is not the service I would like to continue with.
