Parking is cheater. It says 1 hr free. I went morning to abprint to print work. After 3 hrs again I had to print and I finish the work in 10 minutes and they charge me 10aed. So today if I has to visit again he said I will be charge again and again. There is no logic n nowhere written. Horrific services. Boy was very rude in responding to my questions.
We have been tenants in this mall for some time, and while we appreciate the efforts of many staff—especially the security guards who have been working here for over a year and doing their jobs well—we are extremely disappointed with the behavior of one supervisor (from Palestine). His attitude is very rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. He treats people disrespectfully, mishandles situations, and behaves as if he owns the mall. Recently, he even caused problems for the security guards who have been working well for a long time, which makes us question his intentions and management style. If this continues, we will be forced to reconsider our contract and may move our business elsewhere. We have two shops in this mall, but we prefer to keep our business details private. Still, we want to make it very clear: unless this supervisor is removed or corrected, we cannot see a future here. Mall management should take immediate action. A place like this should have leadership that respects both tenants and staff—not someone who creates problems. If this man is not removed, we will have no choice but to cancel our contract and move our two shops elsewhere. We are tenants here, and we have remained silent for a long time, but now it is enough. We strongly request the owner to take serious action before more businesses lose trust in this mall.
We are extremely disappointed with the behavior of one so-called supervisor in Al Ameed Mall. Every single day his attitude makes problems for us. He is just a worker under the boss, but he acts like he owns the whole mall. This kind of arrogance and cheap behavior is destroying the reputation of the place. We want to make it clear: we respect the Palestinian people, especially our brothers and sisters in Gaza, but this man is a shame. His actions, his attitude, and the way he treats others are not acceptable. Honestly, we even doubt if he represents Palestine at all, because his behavior is a disgrace. We are tired of this situation. All staff are disappointed and frustrated because of him. We strongly request mall management to take strict action against this man immediately before more people lose respect for Al Ameed Mall.
I had a very bad experience at Al Ameed Mall. One of the supervisors, I don’t know his name but I was told he is from Palestine, behaved very rudely. While I was visiting, I noticed some cleaners doing their work, and without any reason this supervisor started shouting at me, even though he doesn’t know me and I don’t know him. His attitude was extremely unprofessional—not only toward me but also toward the workers. He was angry, disrespectful, and clearly doesn’t know how to treat people. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a place that is supposed to welcome visitors for shopping and leisure. I strongly request the mall management and ownership to take immediate action against such behavior. People come to malls to enjoy, not to be treated with rudeness. Such supervisors give a bad name to the mall and make visitors feel unwelcome. Thank you.
